Store sealed containers in a cool, dry area out of sun. Typical shelf life: 24 months from manufacture. Each drum has batch numbers for traceability; QC covers pH stability, appearance, and performance.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days with photos and the delivery note; we will replace or credit promptly. Unopened items are returnable within 30 days.
