Return and Refund Policy – Verna

At Verna, we take pride in delivering premium, high-performance cleaning products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us:
Email our support team at nathan@vernaclean.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

2. Return Authorization:
Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions for sending your items back.


Return Shipping Costs

  • A flat-rate return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs in full.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at nathan@vernaclean.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
